Have you heard of the new Stop Light City Playground project?

https://www.facebook.com/stoplightcityplay/

This will be a brand new playground on Evansville's westside, just 2 blocks off of Franklin Street. This is a 4 million dollar project that will need to be entirely private and community funded. We have set many goals, but our first one involves the youth of our community!! Our first goal is for 40 kids to set up and participate in the fundraiser this Saturday!

(I compiled an album of ideas for the kids to create and sell on Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/snickart/ideas-for-kid-crafters/)

If each child raises at least $25, that will put us at $1,000 to start! We want the kids to know how important their contribution is for this project! ---It's our first fundraiser for Stop Light City Playground.

REGISTRATION REQUIRED---SEE LINK BELOW

Saturday, August 27th from 9 AM - 1 PM

What it's all about:
- Kids ages 17 and under may register and set up 1 table at the Franklin St Bazaar to sell their handmade items.
- There must be a parent or guardian present the entire event
- Bazaar rules state you must stay the entire event. You can set up as early as 7 AM and the Bazaar runs from 9 AM to 1 PM.
- You may not sell any food or drink items
- All profits from the kids sales will be donated to the Stop Light City Playground Project
- There is no charge to set up a table.

This is the perfect opportunity to show our kids that it really does take everyone coming together to make our community strong and get this project started! We hope they all take great pride in knowing that they contributed to a part of their city!

Please register here and invite your friends!! We need YOU to make this happen.
