Beginning Sunday, October 15, and continuing through Saturday, October 28, Seasons of Sharing will encourage everyone to pledge to donate blood, with a goal of 40 donations. According to the American Red Cross, every two seconds someone in the U.S. needs blood.
Donations may be pledged online and then made at any time and location convenient for you during the duration of the campaign
If you are unable to pledge a donation, monetary donations can also be made to the American Red Cross.
EVPL is committed to supporting our community at every stage in their lives, and we are looking forward to adding one more way to work with our community to create a positive impact in the lives of those in our region.
Each “season” throughout the year, a different community need will be highlighted. The library will partner with different local charities to provide opportunities for our community to give back through donation drives.
