We solicit sponsorships, vendor and admission fees without any guarantee of covering the costs associated with staffing, infrastructure, equipment rentals, permitting, marketing/advertising, management, entertainment, venue rental, insurance and any unknown surprises that may occur due to acts of God, pandemic and or extreme weather conditions. The balance of the monies goes directly back into the community to support exciting world-class events aimed to highlight local business, restaurants, tourism and community development.
